Keysight paid approximately $600 million in cash for Anite – a leading supplier of software solutions for wireless research and development – in a deal that supports Keysight’s strategy to grow in wireless and expand its software offerings. “The acquisition of Anite strengthens Keysight’s wireless portfolio and helps us to expand our software offerings as we transition to a software-oriented solutions company,” said Ron Nersesian, Keysight president and CEO. “Our combined, complementary strengths will enable us to provide greater value and more possibilities for our customers.” Related Articles: |
