Hitex signs distribution agreement with YOGITECH

11 August 2014 - Hitex Development Tools GmbH and the Italian company YOGITECH SPA have signed a distribution agreement. Under this agreement, Hitex will market the fRSTL (fault Robust Software Test Libraries) in Germany and other European countries. The focus is on the sales of self-test libraries for Cortex-M microcontrollers ensuring that the controller is running properly during runtime, which is a requirement for obtaining IEC 61508 certification.

“Due to the cooperation with YOGITECH, Hitex is able to keep on extending the safety portfolio”, says Frank Hoschar, Managing Director of Hitex. “With the software components from YOGITECH, we can now support ARM and Cortex-M developers even more effective with the integration of safety-relevant functions and help companies to accelerate the certification of their products.”
