Cirris UK joins Forces with Adaptronic & ATE Solutions

25 May 2017 - Cirris Solutions, UK provider of cable harness testing solutions, has announced a change of company name after joining forces with two other major test players to deliver the full spectrum of test equipment to UK customers.

The alliance combines high voltage testing from Germany based Adaptronic and functional test from ATE Solutions Ltd, based in Northampton, to create a cohesive “one stop test shop” for UK manufacturers.

To reflect the new, increased product offering Cirris UK is changing its name and brand to ‘Combined Test Solutions’.

"We could not be more excited about this partnership," said Dave Morris, CEO of the newly formed Combined Test Solutions Ltd. We have been searching for high capability partners and products to compliment the well-established Cirris cable harness testers, and with Adaptronic and ATE Solutions we now have the industry's best – from one base in the UK."

“We will continue to sell, service and support Cirris as the “general purpose, easy to use” provider of cable/harness testers, but will in addition sell and support Adaptronic test equipment for the more demanding applications found in the defence, aerospace, rail and automotive industries. Plus, we will provide functional test solutions from ATE solutions in Northampton that enable high performance yet cost effective product proving testing geared to specific customer requirements.”

The new ‘Combined Test Solutions’ company name will mean a new corporate logo and website URL, but aside from a vastly expanded product offering, these are the only changes that customers will experience. It’s business as usual and there will be no change required to contracts and service agreements.

Dave Morris added “We will remain committed to excellent service and support from customer centric engineers and technicians. If there is a problem – it will be resolved swiftly and competently with the attention to detail that world class organisations demand.”

The company name change to Combined Test Solutions is effective immediately.
