Slaughter Company announces new Series of Hipot Testers

17 December 2015 – SCI (Slaughter Company Inc.) added the 290 series of Hipot Testers to its product line. An improved interface that eliminates confusing menus and redundant button pushes allows manufacturers to set-up and run production Hipot tests in a matter of seconds. The 290 series also provides common sense security settings that make it easy to set the permission levels.

With a rugged and reliable design, the 290 series is well suited for production line applications. Optional USB interface provides a simple way for manufactures to automate their production line.

The 290 Series features the following models:

294              6 kV DC Hipot Tester              $1599

295              5 kV AC Hipot Tester              $1399

296              5 kV AC & 6 kV DC Hipot Tester              $1799

297              5 KV AC & 6 kV DC Hipot Tester with Insulation Resistance Tester               $2199

298              500VA AC Hipot Tester              $2999

The 290 series will be available in early January, 2016.
