aps Solutions and Microtec Fertigungs-GmbH enter Distribution and Service Agreement

03 July 2013 - aps Solutions GmbH announces an agreement with Microtec Fertigungs-GmbH, a manufacturer of test handlers for the Semiconductor packaged device test market, to sell and service High Performance test handlers in the European Semiconductor market including Israel.
