News - General T&MNew Probes and Adapters for Rigol Oscilloscopes13 March 2013 - Rigol Technologies expands its range of accessories and introduces a number of new test adapters and probes for the DS1000, DS2000, DS4000 and DS6000 series of oscilloscopes. Users can now benefit from an optimum of probes and adapters for multiple applications, as the choice of the right probe is an important step towards reliable measurements. In test applications the right probes are an important link between the test item and the test instrument. Depending on whether current or voltage signals or both will be tested, on the signals’ amplitude and on the bandwidth of the frequencies, all these parameters are significant for the choice of a probe or adapter. The better the probe fits, the less the signals will be distorted and the better will be the results. Now various current probes are available from Rigol for bandwidth between 300 kHz and 100 MHz and current between 50 A and 300 A. For differential voltage measurement Rigol offers high voltage differential probes for bandwidth between 25 and 100 MHz and maximum voltage up to 7,000 V. Related Articles: |
