RIGOL launched 3 Platforms for complex Signals
29 September 2025 - RIGOL Technologies rolls out a trio of next-generation platforms that push channel density, system integration, and signal fidelity to new heights. The DG5000 Pro multi-channel AWG packs eight isolated outputs—500 MHz, 2.5 GSa/s, 16-bit—with picosecond skew into a desktop chassis. The modular SUA8000 digital transceivers fuse waveform generation, high-speed capture, and long recording, adding AI processing and open APIs for rapid custom workflows.
At the system level, the SPQ digital-array control solution marries microwave control, bias overlay, real-time data feedback, and timing distribution under an instruction-set architecture already proven in advanced-computing labs. Together these releases extend RIGOL’s reach from benchtop to large-scale test environments, giving engineers faster, cleaner, and more flexible ways to create, capture, and control today’s most complex signals.
DG5000 Pro Function / Arbitrary Waveform Generator
RIGOL’s next-generation DG5000 Pro packs eight isolated waveform outputs into a compact chassis, each giving 500 MHz bandwidth, 2.5 GSa/s sampling, and 16-bit resolution with picosecond-level channel sync. It handles demanding multi-channel tests while cutting bench space and cost.
SUA8000 Digital Transceiver
SUA8000 digital transceivers merge arbitrary-waveform generation, signal acquisition, and long recording in one plug-and-play module. AI-enhanced processing handles high-speed signals, and open APIs enable easy customization. A full software suite lets engineers in remote sensing, metrology, automotive, and more build automated or custom tests, while high-performance hardware and smart features boost precision and development speed.
SPQ Digital Array Meas. and Control Solution
RIGOL’s SPQ Digital Array Measurement-and-Control System (MCS) is engineered for the stringent test demands of advanced computing. Its modular architecture assigns key tasks to dedicated service modules: high-precision microwave control; data acquisition and analysis with real-time feedback; bias-voltage generation with microwave overlay; and clock/trigger distribution. Now driven by a flexible instruction set, SPQ eliminates many limitations of conventional measurement gear. Deployed at dozens of customer sites, it has proven long-term stability and continues to gain new capabilities, making it a benchmark solution in measurement-and-control applications.
RIGOL launches three signal-platform flagships for denser, cleaner, faster tests. DG5000 Pro packs 8 isolated 500 MHz/2.5 GSa/s outputs into one chassis, aligns them to <500 ps with ±200 ns delay and 200 ps jitter. Compact 1.5-U SUA8000 transceivers scale to 128 channels per rack, keep 10 ps inter-unit sync, and offer CPU or GPU-AI masters plus a web console and open APIs. For microwave arrays, the SPQ system streams >500 direct-digital channels from a 16-U frame, eliminates LO leakage, delivers –142 dBc/Hz phase noise, and needs only one cable per node.
