New Mixed Signal High End Oscilloscopes from RIGOL19 March 2013 - Rigol Technologies EU GmbH introduces new High End Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes based on the DS4000 Series Digital Oscilloscopes. They are featuring a big 9“ color display and outstanding memory. The new oscilloscopes are available with 100 MHz to 500 MHz bandwidth, 4GSa/s sample rate, and up to four analog channels. The instruments are ideal for applications in research and education, production and development and industrial areas including communications, aerospace/defense, industrial electronics, and many more. Enhanced by a 16-channel logic analyser, the new oscilloscopes can support bus analysis and triggering on the digital channels in combination with the respective analog channels. Featuring an easy-to-read, large 9" color display, the devices provide a better visibility of signals and additional information like cursor position, coordinates, mathematic parameters etc. For acquisition and processing of measuring data, the oscilloscopes offer the industry’s leading number of 140 million points of memory. This allows recording times of 35 ms (at 4 Gs/s), which means that by increasing the time basis, the acquisition with maximum recording rate can be extended and will result in much better accuracy of details. Any following signal analysis benefits from that, because there is still a sufficient number of data points, even at maximum zoom. The waveform capture rate of 110,000 waveform/sec allows the fast recording, visualisation and analysis of rare events. The smallest vertical scaling is 1 mV/Div at 8 bit resolution and full bandwidth. The basic version of the oscilloscopes integrates dual YX mode and multiple triggers like edge, pulse, video, slope, pattern, as well as RS232/UART, I2C, SPI, USB, CAN and FlexRay. Bus decoding for RS232/UART, I2C, SPI, CAN and FlexRay are available optionally. Hot keys for fast and easy operation as well as mask inputs for quick PASS/Fail decisions are standard. The newly added 16 digital inputs have a sampling rate of 1 GSA/s and provide 28 Mpts memory depth per digital channel. CMOS, TTL, ECL, PECL, LVDS, and user defined input ranges up to +/- 20V in 10 mV steps are available. Maximum safety is given by +/- 40V peak and over voltage up to 800 Vpk. Rigol offers 3 years guaranty, an extraordinary price-performance ratio, and a variety of accessories, like active and passive probes, high voltage probes,19“ racks, and software drivers for standard packages and languages. |
