Teradyne revamps Support Network Program

12 April 2012 - The Teradyne Support Network (TSN) from Teradyne is a program designed to help manufacturers find high-quality service and support products for Teradyne’s In-Circuit Test, Functional Test and X-Ray Inspection systems. The network consists of more than 50 companies with an expertise of one or more services or support products to assist Teradyne customers in getting the most from their Teradyne board test or inspection equipment.

New membership approval criteria for the program, along with a customer feedback process, have been put in place to verify that Teradyne’s board test customers receive a high level of quality and support from an approved network of service companies. In addition, a "Select" membership status level was created to acknowledge the members who have special programming and service expertise as well as access to the latest generation of Teradyne’s TestStation in-circuit test and Spectrum systems. TSN members who have been honored with Select membership status include: ARST, Aspen Test Engineering, Inc., Blue Technology, Ltd., LCX Software, Inc. and Test Development, Inc. These companies offer high quality ICT fixture and programming services, training, software applications and other turnkey solutions for Teradyne systems.
