14 August 2024 - Keysight Technologies helped to perform the first 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) Release 16 (Rel-16) sidelink radio interoperability test between the Ettifos SIRIUS 5G-V2X sidelink platform and the Autotalks SECTON3 5G-V2X chipset through the Keysight PathWave Signal Generation for NR-V2X and X-app for 5G NR V2X Modulation Analysis Measurement Application.
13 August 2024 – Anritsu Corporation announced that a one-box tester supports both RF and protocol conformance testing for 5G communication devices by enhancing the functionality of its New Radio RF Conformance Test System ME7873NR Lite Model. When configured as a one-box tester, the Radio Communication Test Station MT8000A, RF conformance testing can be performed with the ME7873NR Lite Model, while protocol conformance testing can be performed with the 5G NR Mobile Device Test Platform ME7834NR Lite Model. Previously, RF and protocol conformance testing required separate one-box testers with different hardware configurations.

09 August 2024 – Anritsu introduced its latest innovation, which enables users to integrate their renowned spectrum analysis technology into any platform or system. The MS27200A is a self-contained microwave spectrum monitor module that goes all the way from 9 kHz up to 54 GHz with onboard processing. The module has 110 MHz Real-Time Spectrum Analysis (RTSA) bandwidth with a DANL of -164 dBm (with preamp), which means the module is capable of receiving the most faint and intermittent signals.
08 August 2024 - Tektronix shared the availability of a new remote procedure call (RPC)-based solution, TekHSI, for faster data transfer from testing instruments to a user’s PC. TekHSI (Tektronix’s high speed interface) functions as a new firmware capability on the Tektronix MSO 4B, 5 and 6 Series models (including B and LP instrument renditions). The abstractions provided in TekHSI make it possible to achieve higher data transfer speeds with easy-to-use implementation and scaling abilities, and TekHSI enables Tektronix customers to capture the highest performance output from an instrument’s physical link, such as ethernet, and transfer data at higher speeds.

07 August 2024 - Keysight Technologies gained validations for the industry’s first 5G NR FR1 1024-QAM demodulation test cases based on the 3GPP TS 38.521-4 test specification. The validated test cases, which are for use with Keysight’s 5G network emulation conformance test platform (TP168), were secured at the Conformance Agreement Group (CAG) # 79 meeting of the Global Certification Forum (GCF) in July.

06 August 2024 - Test Research, Inc. (TRI) will join SEMICON Taiwan held at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1 – 4F from September 4 - 6, 2024 and will be exhibiting the new Wafer Inspection Platform, TR7950Q SII, featuring a 25MP camera with 2.5 μm resolution and a 12MP camera with 0.55um microlens for high-resolution 2D/3D DFF inspection and AI-powered inspection algorithms. The TR7950Q SII is suitable for the Wafer Macroscopic 3D Inspection and micro measurement metrology.
