Extreme-Temperature Probing Solution for Oscilloscopes12 September 2013 – Agilent Technologies introduced a comprehensive extreme-temperature probing solution for oscilloscopes. The N2797A single-ended active probe is the industry’s first low-cost, high-input-impedance active probe with rugged probe tips for testing integrated circuits and devices in environmental chambers. The probes can be operated over a temperature range from -40 to 85 C.
