17 October 2024 - The GOEPEL electronic Video Dragon 6222 product family offers powerful tools for testing camera- and display-based driver assisted systems. Video Dragon 6222 combines both frame grabber and frame generator functions in one product and currently supports the processing of many video data standards including, FPD-Link II/III and IV, GMSL 2 and 3 and APIX 2 and 3. The product portfolio has now been expanded to include the MIPI A-PHY interface.

16 October 2024 - Keysight Technologies expanded its signal generator portfolio with two new analog signal generators, an RF Analog Signal Generator and a Microwave Analog Signal Generator. These new solutions provide radio frequency (RF) engineers with portable and compact tools for component and device characterization at frequencies up to 26 GHz. RF engineers rely on signal generators to develop and test components and devices across consumer electronics, wireless networks, radar systems, and more. These tools are essential for producing continuous waveform and analog modulation signals during the design and testing process.
15 October 2024 - Chroma launched a new UIS (Unclamped Inductive Switching) function module for its 3650 series test systems. Specifically designed for avalanche testing, this module is particularly suitable for third-generation semiconductor materials such as Gallium Nitride (GaN) and Silicon Carbide (SiC). The UIS module addresses a long-standing challenge in the industry—obtaining complete and accurate test data and waveform information.

10 October 2024 - Spectrum Instrumentation launches a family of DDS Generators named the 96xx series, forming a new product category in the company’s portfolio. The new DDS Instruments offer up to 50 sine wave carriers on one single output channel. This feature provides a new way for engineers and scientists to produce and independently control multi-tone sine signals. DDS, which is short for “Direct Digital Synthesis”, is a powerful technique for generating high-purity signals (typically sinewave cores, also called carriers or tones) with ultrafast switching between output frequencies and fine frequency resolution.
